Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
- 2 pkg. (3oz) lime gelatin
- 1 2/3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping
- 1 cup mini-marshmallows
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Directions
- Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Refrigerate gelatin in boiling water. Stir in reserved juice. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, whipped topping, marshmallows and almonds. Pour into 13 × 9 inch glass pan or 3 quart mold. Chill 3 hours or until firm Slice or unmold to serve.
