Cranberry Cream Cheese Mold

Ingredients
- 1 lg. or 2 small pkg. Jell-O Brand Cranberry Flavor gelatin (or any red flavor)
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Directions
- In a large bowl place gelatin. Stir in boiling water for 2 minutes or until completely

dissolved. Stir in cold water and cinnamon.
- Pour 2 cups of gelatin into medium bowl. Refrigerate 1- 1 1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves impression). Reserve remaining gelatin at room temperature
- Stir apple and cranberry sauce into thickened gelatin. Spoon into 6-cup mold.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold; serve.

To prepare without cream cheese layer:
- Refrigerate all of the gelatin about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in apple and cranberry sauce. Pour into mold. Refrigerate.
