Cranberry Fruit Mold

Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. large or 2 small pkg. Jell-O cranberry flavor gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups cold ginger ale, lemon-lime soda or water
- 2 cups halved green and/or red seedless grapes
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
Directions
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold ginger ale. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in fruit Spoon into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmolding: Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate. Garnish as desired.
- Refrigerate leftover dessert.
