Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (3oz. each) Strawberry gelatin
- 1/4 cup jelly, any red flavor
- dash of salt
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (10oz.) frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin, jelly and salt in boiling water. Set aside 1/2 cup gelatin; add frozen strawberries to remaining gelatin and stir until berries are separated and thawed. Chill until firm.
- Blend sour cream with remaining gelatin until smooth. Chill.
- Spoon firm gelatin into individual dessert dishes. Beat sour cream mixture until smooth; spoon over gelatin in dishes.
