Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. granulated gelatin
• 1 cup sherry or Madeira wine
• 1 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 cup boiling water
• Grated rind 1 orange
• 1/3 cup lemon juice

Directions

1. Soak the gelatin in the cold water until soft. Dissolve in the boiling water, add the sugar and other ingredients. Pour into molds that have been rinsed in cold water Serve with whipped cream.
