Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (8 serving size) Jell-O Cranberry Flavor gelatin
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 orange, sectioned, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Stir boiling water into gelatin and cinnamon in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce until melted. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. (Spoon drawn through leaves a definite impression,) Stir in orange and walnut. Spoon into 5- cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm Unmold.

Garnish as desired. Sotre leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
