Mini Breakfast Pizzas

Use whatever breakfast meats you like as toppings

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- 3/4 c. Almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
- *2 eggs
- *1/2 cup mozzarella
Directions

In a microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella and seasonings; heat in 1-2 minute intervals until completely melted and gooey

Add all other ingredients and mix together well (using hands or a wooden spoon)

Press dough into greased muffins tins; bake at 425F for 10-12 min

Meanwhile, mix together eggs and mozzarella for the topping

Spoon over each mini pizza crust and top with favorite breakfast meats; cook 5-7 min longer until egg is fully cooked
