Blueberry French Toast

Ingredients
- 12 slices French bread, cut in 1 in cubes (whole french loaf)
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese (lite), chilled & cut into 1 in cubes
- 1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 c maple syrup
- 2 c milk

Grease 9×13 pan. Place 1/2 of bread cubes. Scatter cream cheese cubes over bread & sprinkle with 1 c blueberries. Arrange remaining bread cubes on top.

Combine: eggs, syrup, milk; blend. Pour over bread mixture. Cover & chill overnight.

at oven to 350. Bake covered with foil 30 min. Remove foil; continue for 30 more min or until puffed & golden brown. Cut in squares. Serve with warm syrup
