Ingredients
- 1/2 c dry wine
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 T south beach ketchup
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 t worcestershire
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t dried marjoram
- 1/32 t dried oregano
- 2 lb sirloin steak in pieces
- 2 c large mushrooms
Directions

Combine ingredients through oregano (ie: not steak and mushrooms) and make a sauce. Add steak and mushrooms to coat. Cover and marinate 20 min at room temp, then refridgerate.

Coat grill with spray, preheat.

Drain and discard marinade. Thread meat and mushrooms onto 4 skewers. Grill until done.
