Ingredients
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- 3/4 C. chocolate chips (I like to use the mini ones)
Directions

- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and whisk until sugar dissolves and mixture starts to bubble. Set aside to cool, and whisk in vanilla.

-Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Slowly add in brown sugar and butter mixture. Mix until combined.

- Fold in chocolate chips. You can serve immediately, but I found it was better to let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so to let all the flavors meld.

-Serve with graham cracker sticks or just eat it with a spoon :)
