Cool Lemon Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- Filling:
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients for crust and add in butter, mix until thoroughly incorporated.
- Press crust mixture into 9-inch pie pan using your hands or flat bottomed measuring cup.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine filling ingredients, and stir until blended. Pour into unbaked crust and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until small bubbles form at edges.
- Let cool on a wire rack and then put in the refrigerator until chilled.
- Serve with whipped cream and a lemon slice.
