Swordfish with peach salsa

Ingredients
- Swordfish steaks-2 6-7 ounces each
- For salsa:
- 1 large peach
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1/2 habanero
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/3 cup arugula
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- For fish:
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 4tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Mix together all salsa ingredients, set aside, chill in refrigerator if desired

Mix together everything else and marinate fish for 20 min

Pre-heat to 400 degrees

Bake steaks for 11 minutes

Garnish fish with salsa and serve
