Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ripe large avocados
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/3 cup lime juice
Directions
- Peel and remove seed from avocados; force pulp through sieve; add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into ice cube tray. Freeze 2 to 4 hours, or until firm, stirring once during freezing. Serve in sherbet glasses with lamb, turkey or game; or serve as dessert.
