Field Salad with Pluots and Pluot Viniagrette

Ingredients
- 6 sliced Flavor Safari plants
- 6 cups fresh spinach or mixed baby greens
- 3/4 lb. shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced cucumber or fennel
- 2 Flavor Safari pluots, pits removed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 honey
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Directions
- Slice 6 pluots into wedges and combine with greens, chicken, celery, cucumber and onion in salad bowl. For dressing, combine remaining 2 pluots, olive oil, vinegar, honey,
