Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 medium to large ripe but not over-ripe bananas
- 3 oranges juiced, seeds removed
- 3 lemons and juice, seeds removed
- 1 quart milk
- 1/2 pint heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Place water and sugar in a large saucepan, bring to a boil and boil 7 minutes.
- Peel and mash with orange and lemon juices Pour into the container of an ice cream freezer and add milk, half-and-half and vanilla. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
