Sauteed Cider Apples

Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
Directions

In a large skillet over high heat, combine cider, sugar and cinnamon sticks. Boil until reduced by half and thickened to a syrup, about 10 minutes.

Remove cinnamon sticks, whisk in butter and add apples. Cook over medium heat until soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
