Banana Split Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 diced bananas
  • 1 pkg. frozen sweet strawberries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 quart of Half & Half
  • 1 pint of whipping cream
  • Whole milk

Directions

  1. Beat eggs extremely well, at least 15 minutes. Eggs will be almost colorless and have consistency of whipping cream. Add sugar and flour to beaten eggs. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Add fruit, Half & Half, and whipping cream to mixture and pour into ice cream freezer. Fill with whole milk to fill line on freezer. Freeze as usual.
