Ingredients
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- ` pint strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- Fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high (350 to 400 degrees).
- Combine berries, lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar and a pinch of salt in medium bowl; toss to combine. Transfer berry mixture to 9 × 13- inch sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.

Fold up edges to form packet. Crimp and tightly seal edges.
- Grill packet 10 minutes or until fruit releases its juices. Serve ice cream in individual dished; top with warm berry sauce and fresh mint.
