Berry Vanilla Bombe

Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 pint berry sorbet
- Fresh berries or other fruit for garnish
Directions
- Let ice cream and sorbet at room temperature until slightly softened, about 10 minutes. Scoop alternately cup measures of ice cream and sorbet into large bowl.
- Make 2 swirls of figure 8s with a large metal spoon through ice cream and sorbet, immediately, pour into a 5 to 6-cup mold (or six individual molds) Freeze, covered with plastic wrap, at least 4 hours and up to 2 weeks.
- To unmold, dip in bowl of hot water 1 second and invert onto serving plates. Garnish.
