Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 6 oz. fresh blackberries
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions

1. In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese and sugar into a crumbly mixture. Puree the blackberries in a blender (should yield about 3/4 cup of puree); strain out the seeds. Whisk the puree into the sugar mixture, and then add the whipping cream and the milk until fully incorporated. Pour into ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Store in the freezer in an air tight
