Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat soy milk or fat-free milk
- 1 (8oz.) container vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thaw
- 4 large peaches, diced and frozen (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

Double strawberry Shake: Substitute strawberry yogurt for vanilla yogurt and 2 cups frozen strawberries for 4 large peaches.

Tropical Shake: Substitute pina colada yogurt for vanilla yogurt, 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks for peaches, and pineapple-orange juice concentrate for apple juice concentrate.
