Beef rger Barrel’s Teriyaki Burger

Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
- 1 3/4 lbs. lean ground beef
- 6 hamburger buns
- mayonnaise
- mustard, optional
- lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional
Directions
- Sauté onions in 2 Tbsp. hot oil in large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Place in bowl; stir in 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce.
- Combine beef and 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce; shape into 6 patties.
- Heat remaining oil in same skillet over medium heat. Add patties; cook to desired doneness, turning over once. Spread buns with mayonnaise and mustard; top with burgers, onions, lettuce and tomato. Cover with bun tops.
