Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- Garnish: fresh dill sprigs
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Arrange cucumber, onion, and tomato on a platter; drizzle with vinegar mixture. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish, if desired.
