Greek Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 medium-size tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 1/4 cup capers, drained and rinsed
- 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- Coarsely ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Place tomato on a platter. Sprinkle with capers and next 5 ingredients; drizzle with oil.
