Shrimp Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb. unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp
- 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 3/4 tsp. capers
- 10 oz. lemon pepper fettuccine, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Peel shrimp, devein, if desired.
- Bring shrimp and next 12 ingredients to a boil in a skillet. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over pasta; top with cheese.
