Balsamic Tomato Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Regina Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 oz. virgin olive oil
  • Roma red tomatoes, peeled seeded, diced
  • Fresh basil, snipped
  • Fresh chives, short-cut
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked white pepper

Directions

  1. in mixing bowl, gently whisk balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add diced tomatoes. Blend with hand-held blender until f4othy. Season with salt, pepper basil and chives.
  2. Toss with chilled salad greens, or drizzle over roasted vegetables.
