K.C. Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans, drained
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 3 bacon slices, halved

Directions

  1. Stir together first 8 ingredients in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish; top with bacon.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
