Baked Parmesan Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Milk
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 30 saltines crushed (~1 cup)
- garlic, 1 large clove, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinless/boneless, cut into 1/2" strips
- 3 TBSP Parmesan
Directions

Stir milk, vinegar, garlic, and pepper sauce together. Add chicken and refrigerate 30 mins (or freeze in plastic baggy for later).

at oven to 450.

Prepare coating- crumbs, paprika, salt, and 1-1/2 tsp parmesan. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with Pam. Drain chicken, toss in crumbs to coat, and sprinkle with the extra parmesan. Bake 8-10 minutes.
