Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. chili oil
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger.
Directions
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stop ping to scrape down sides.
