- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice

- Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
