Grilled Chicken Breasts with Lemon-Yogurt Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup crumbles feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. finely shredded cabbage
Directions
- Sprinkle chicken evenly with garlic salt and lemon pepper.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until done. Cool slightly; cut into thin strips.
- Whisk together yogurt and next 4 ingredients, and toss with cabbage. Place coleslaw on 4 serving plates, and top with grilled chicken.
