Grilled Chicken Breasts with Lemon-Yogurt Coleslaw

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup crumbles feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. finely shredded cabbage

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken evenly with garlic salt and lemon pepper.
  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until done. Cool slightly; cut into thin strips.
  3. Whisk together yogurt and next 4 ingredients, and toss with cabbage. Place coleslaw on 4 serving plates, and top with grilled chicken.
