Taffy Apple Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. packed br. sugar
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped peanuts (optional)
  • 6 apples, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla until smooth. Put in serving bowl or plate and top with peanuts, if using.
