Stuffed Hungarian Yellow Banana Peppers

Ingredients

  • 6 large banana peppers
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. Scoop seeds and membrane from peppers.

  2. Stir together feta cheese, cream cheese, and oregano. Carefully spoon on an aluminum foil-lined jellyroll pan. Drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until peppers are tender.
