Garlic- Cheese Grits

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 cup uncooked regular grits
- 1 (12 oz.) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- Paprika
Directions

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; gradually stir in grits. Return to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until thickened.

Add cheese and next 4 ingredients, stirring until cheese melts. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.

Stir in eggs, and pour into a lightly greased 11 × 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
