Delicious Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 12 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place popcorn on a lightly greased 15 × 10-inch jellyroll pan; set aside.

  2. Bring sugar, syrup, and butter to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add chocolate morsels and vanilla, stirring until melted.

  3. Drizzle chocolate mixture over popcorn, stirring to coat.

  5. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Transfer popcorn to a wax paper-lines pan to cool, stirring occasionally.
