Caramel-Nut Popcorn Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz.) pkg. caramels
  • 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • 12 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. Combine caramels and whipping cream in a glass bowl. Microwave at high 3 minutes or until melted, stirring mixture once.

  2. Place popcorn and peanuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with caramel sauce, tossing gently to coat. Place popcorn mixture on a lightly greased 15 × 10-inch jellyroll pan.

  3. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Cool.

  4. makes about 13 cups
