Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 2 pts. half & half
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add milk and eggs; whip with wire whisk. Cook over medium heat until like a thin pudding; let cool. Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Meanwhile, thoroughly work brown sugar into melted margarine. Also, toast pecans lightly in a little margarine. Add brown sugar, nuts, half & half and vanilla to first mixture and freeze in ice cream freezer.
