Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/3 cup chopped or sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/3 cup crisp rice cereal, coarsely crushed
Directions
- In ma medium skillet melt margarine or butter. Add almonds, cook and stir over medium-low heat about 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add the corn syrup, brown sugar, and water to skillet. Heat and stir until bubbly and the brown sugar is dissolved (about 4 minutes). Stir in the rice cereal. Serve immediately over ice cream.
