Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 17 oz. dark sweet cherries, pitted and well drained OR 10 oz. maraschino cherries, drained and chopped

Directions

  1. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
