Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 17 oz. dark sweet cherries, pitted and well drained OR 10 oz. maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
Directions
- In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
