Ingredients
- 2 squares (2oz.) unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/3 cups (15oz.can) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla, optional
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups light cream or evaporated milk
Directions
- melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir over rapidly boiling water 5 to 10 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat. Add vanilla if preferred. Gradually add water and cream or evaporated milk. Mix well. Cool. Freeze in freezer as directed by manufacturer.
