Chocolate Malted Ice Cream Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon vanilla or marble fudge ice cream
  • 1 cup malted milk powder
  • Graham cracker crust
  • about 4 oz. chocolate-covered malted milk balls, coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Transfer ice cream to a large bowl and place in refrigerator until soft enough to stir but not melted, about 45 minutes. Add malted milk powder and beat until well blended. Quickly spread ice cream mixture with chopped candy, patting it lightly into ice cream.
  2. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours, seal airtight to store up to 2 weeks.
  3. Dip a knife in hot water, run between torte and pan rim; remove pan rim. Put torte on a plate; cut dessert into wedges.
