Ingredients
- 20 chocolate cream-filled cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. green crème de menthe
- 2 Tbsp. crème de cacao
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and butter; mix well, and press into a buttered 9-inch pie plate.
- Combine ice cream, crème de menthe and crème de cacao; mix until smooth. Spread ice cream mixture evenly over crust; cover and freeze.
- Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Spread on pie. Garnish with chocolate shavings and curls, if desired; freeze until firm.
- Let frozen pie stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing.
