Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla cookie crumbs
- Butter
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup sliced maraschino cherries
Directions
- Mix crumbs with 1/3 cup melted butter; press into bottom of 7 × 11-inch pan. Chill. Cream 1/2 cup butter with sifted confectioners’ sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Spread mixture over crumbs; chill. Mix sugar with cocoa; stir into heavy cream. Whip; fold in pecans, bananas, and cherries. Pile over butter layers; freeze.
