Chocolate Sundae Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup skin milk
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 slices frozen fat-free pound cake, cut 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt or ice milk

Directions

  1. In dish combine corn syrup, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Stir in milk, margarine and vanilla. Cover and cook in microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubby, stirring once.
  2. Remove dish from microwave. Stir sauce. Arrange cake slices in colander. Place colander in dish. Cover and cook in microwave of high 30 to 60 seconds more or until cake is warm. Transfer cake slices to serving dishes. Place a scoop of yogurt on top of each spice. Spoon chocolate sauce over.
