Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 21/2 T olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 c sun-dried tomatoes
- 1-2 c fresh Parmesan
- 1-2 c half and half
- 2 T Vermouth or white wine
- 1-2T dried tarragon
- 1 clove garlic
Directions

Soften tomatoes in boiling water and cut into strips. Saute chicken in oil and remove to a platter. Saute onion and garlic, add remaining ingredients, except the cheese. Return chicken to the pan, add the cheese. Simmer until heated and serve over pasta.
