Yummy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 4 oz jar of chipped beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c sherry
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Saute chicken in butter. Set aside. Line casserole with chipped beef. arrange chick over beef. Pour mushroom soup over chicken; then sherry; then chicken soup; then mushrooms. Bake at 325F for 2 hours
