Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 cups warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. Kirsch, optional
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions
- Combine both milks. Add sugar, vanilla, kirsch, lemon juice and salt. Stir until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate 1 hour. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
