Coconut Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 cups warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. Kirsch, optional
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Combine both milks. Add sugar, vanilla, kirsch, lemon juice and salt. Stir until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate 1 hour. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
