Coconut Sorbet with Mango

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can of Coco Lopez-brand cream of coconut
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Accompaniment: mango and toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients and freeze in an ice cream maker.
  2. Serve with mango slices and toasted sesame seeds.
