Baked Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk or half and half
  • 8 pieces of bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan, sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly in the bottom of the pan.

  2. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until firm. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares to serve.
