Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups of corn (frozen or canned)
- 2 cups taco sauce (in mexican aisle)
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 can refried beans
- 8 (12 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (16 oz) package of shredded jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter, melted

preheat oven to 350

Brown the beef in skillet over medium high heat. drain grease and add onion, bell pepper, and corn. Cook for about 5 more minutes until veggies are tender.

stir in taco sauce and season with chili powder, garlic salt, and cumin until well blended. Cook until heated and take off the heat.

Open the can of beans and spread a thin layer of beans onto each of the tortillas. Spoon the beef mixture down the center, and then top with as much shredded cheese as you like. Roll up the tortillas (with ends folded in) and place seam side down on a baking sheet (sprayed with pam). Brush tortillas with melted butter. (You can also use that butter spray stuff)

Cook in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until they are golden brown and the outsides are crisp.
